The jewel of the Exo is a moon covered entirely by a city that feeds off of the rich mining materials from Koss- the gem like gas giant it orbits. New Victoria acts as the main trade artery of the Exo. This moon is considered key to the Sovereign’s shaky military control of the Exo region. Loyalties to the Sovereign are highest here in this moon city where its elite inhabitants live a life of extreme luxury in a world where they are the ultimate rule makers. But like any place in the system, and especially the Exo, there are the ones who are not rich. So security is high, an iron fist and fear is the way this are governed and corruption is the only form of policy.
