CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This contest is organized by PDU Games LLC (“PDU Games”), with mailing address: P.O. Box 230202, New York, New York 10023

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

3. Entrants must be over the age 18.

4. Entries must be submitted prior to August 24th at 11:59pm EST to be eligible.

5. Residents from the following country are not eligible: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Darfur, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan and South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

6. Entries must be entirely original and not based on any existing IP that is subject to copyright. The entrant grants PDU Games LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free right to use any artwork submitted worldwide in any media for sales, marketing and merchandising material provided PDU Games LLC duly credits the artists.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The PDU Games reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or if SYNDICATE: An Interplanetary Conquest Board Game (REDUX) does not successfully fund on Kickstarter. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by PDU Games.

9. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
